Ham & Asparagus Quiche
Let me make this perfectly clear: "Real Men" do eat quiche.

Ingredients:
5 eggs
one-half cup half & half cream
1 cup diced Bryan Centerpiece Ham
one-half cup shredded cheddar cheese
one quarter cup minced green onions
one quarter cup minced parsley
one-half teaspoon salt
one quarter teaspoon white pepper
One 9-inch pie shell
10 cooked asparagus spears
 

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 F. In a bowl beat together eggs and half & half cream.
Stir in Bryan Centerpiece Ham, cheese, green onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into pie shell and arrange asparagus in a circle over egg mixture.
Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Yields 4 entrée servings or
8 side servings.
